StarNinja ("we", "us", "our") is an independent reseller of Telegram Stars and Telegram Premium subscriptions. We deliver products through Telegram's official Fragment marketplace. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use the payment method provided and that all information you submit is accurate.
All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is accepted in TON and various cryptocurrencies via NowPayments. Orders are created once payment is initiated. We begin processing immediately after payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
All sales are final — we do not offer refunds once delivery has been initiated.
Delivery is typically completed within 10–120 seconds of payment confirmation. Delivery is made to the Telegram username you provide.
You are responsible for entering the correct username. StarNinja is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
Unpaid orders expire after 30 minutes. If your payment is sent after an order has expired, please contact support immediately with your transaction hash. We will make reasonable efforts to process late payments but cannot guarantee delivery for expired orders.
We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered orders.
If your order was not delivered within 10 minutes of payment confirmation, contact our support team with your Order ID and payment transaction hash. We will investigate and, where confirmed as our error, will re-deliver or issue a refund at our discretion.
You may not use StarNinja for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or violation of Telegram's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refuse service at any time, for any reason.
Affiliate commissions are calculated on gross profit and paid in TON. Commission rates are subject to change with 7 days notice. We reserve the right to withhold commissions for orders that are refunded, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
Minimum withdrawal is 0.05 TON.
StarNinja is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
